Q:) If I choose to pay for my tickets in full, when will the payment be processed?
A:) By selecting the pay in full option, your credit card will be charged immediately.
Q:) I would like to buy tickets to the NHL Exhibition game. How do I do that?
A:) You can purchase your NHL Exhibition tickets during the online renewal process. You can purchase the same number of NHL Exhibition game tickets as you have season tickets.
Q:) I am a current season ticket holder and do not want to renew my season tickets but want to purchase tickets for the NHL Exhibition Game. How do I do this?
A:) At this time, NHL Exhibition game tickets are only available to IceCaps Season Ticket Holders who renew their seats or purchase new seats for the 2015-16 season. After Season Ticket Holders have had an opportunity to purchase tickets, and depending on availability, tickets to the exhibition game will be available for purchase to the general public. If you are currently a season ticket holder and do not renew your seats, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be available to you for the exhibition game.
Q:) I have renewed my IceCaps season tickets for next season and I want to purchase my same seat location for the NHL Exhibition Game. Can I do this?
A:) Yes. During IceCaps Entertainment Sporting events such as the NHL Exhibition Game, whereby the venue configuration is the same as AHL Hockey, IceCaps Season Ticket Holders can avail of their same seats. Some restrictions will apply for technical seat kills such as camera, photography, etc.
Q:) I am interested in transferring one or more of my seats to another person/business. What should I do?
A:) Season seat holders can transfer any of their seats to another person or business. This process will take place after the conclusion of the 2014-15 season. There is no charge for this transfer. Once the transfer is complete, the new season seat holder will receive all rights and benefits associated with that seat and will be solely responsible for any associated balances. The new season seat holder will receive a new account number and will be placed on our seniority list as a new season seat holder.
Q:) I would like to change the location of my season seats. Can I do this during the renewal process?
A:) Unfortunately, we are unable to change the location of your season seats at this time. We recommend that you renew your seats online beginning April 13th and email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Box Office at (709) 576-7657 to advise of your interest in relocation. Once the relocation process starts we will contact you and advise of what seats are available for you to choose from.
