Season Ticket Renewals
St. John’s IceCaps one-year season ticket holders can now renew season tickets for the 2013-14 season.
Fans can either pay for their tickets in full and their credit card will be processed that day or they can choose to pay via payment plan with the balance processed in four equal payments during the first weeks of June, July, August and September, 2013. One-year season ticket holders will receive an email from the Mile One Centre Box Office advising them of this opportunity.
Season ticket holders who wish to purchase additional seats should indicate the number of seats they are interested in purchasing on the season ticket renewal form they will receive via email. A $50.00 deposit is required per seat. There is no guarantee additional seats can be acquired. For those unsuccessful in acquiring an additional seat(s) deposits will be transferred to their outstanding balance. For those without an outstanding balance, additional seat deposits will be refunded.
For three-year season ticket holders, tickets for 2013-14 are automatically renewed and they will receive notification via email to finalize their preferred payment option.
Any season ticket renewals and payment processing for season tickets can also be made directly at the Mile One Centre box office.

Q:) If I choose to pay for my tickets in full, when will the payment be processed?
A:) By selecting the pay in full option, your credit card will be processed that day
Q:) If I choose to pay for my tickets with the payment plan, when will the payment be processed?
A:) By selecting the payment plan your season ticket balance will be processed in 4 equal payments during the first week of June, July, August and September.
Q:) I am interested in transferring one or more of my seats to another person/business. What should I do?
A:) Season seat holders can transfer any of their seats to another person or business. This process will take place after the conclusion of the 2012-2013 American Hockey League Season. There is no charge for this transfer. Once the transfer is complete, the new season seat holder will receive all rights and benefits associated with that seat and will be solely responsible for any associated balances. The new season seat holder will receive a new account number and will be placed on our seniority list as a new season seat holder.
Q:) I am interested in changing my seat location for next season. What should I do?
A:) There will be a very limited seat relocation process prior to the 2013-2014 season. This process will take place after the conclusion of the 2012-2013 American Hockey League Season and will be prioritized based on season seat account seniority and availability. Q:) I am interested in purchasing additional seats for next season. How do I do this?
A:) Season Seat Holders who wish to purchase additional seats for the 2013-2014 season should indicate the number of seats that they are interested in purchasing on the form that is part of the season ticket renewal e-mail. A $50 deposit is required per seat. There is no guarantee that additional seats can be acquired. If you are unsuccessful in acquiring an additional seat (s) your deposit will be transferred to your outstanding balance. If you do not have an outstanding balance your additional seat deposit will be refunded.
Q:) I put down a $150 deposit on my seats last summer. Is that deposit reflected in the outstanding balance for 2012-2013 season seats.
A:) Yes. When you process your payment for this upcoming season the outstanding balance has already credited your account with the $50 deposit for each upcoming season.
Q:) I am a 3 year season ticket holder. When will I receive notification to renew my seats?
A:) As a 3 year season ticket holder your season tickets are automatically renewed and payment will be processed similar to your preferred method of last season (i.e. pay in full or payment plan).
