Time Running Out for Priority 3-Year Season Tickets for New AHL Team Posted by jac on

With ticket sales moving very quickly for the new St. John’s AHL team, Glenn Stanford, COO of the team is encouraging members of the public to get online immediately if they wish to secure seaon seats for a 3 year period.

“We are incredibly pleased with the progress of season ticket sales, particularly given the number of tickets sold to-date are firm 3-year commitments,” said Mr. Stanford. “I want to remind hockey fans they have less than 24 hours to secure season tickets for a 3-year period before sales are opened to those only seeking a yearly commitment.”

The first segment of season ticket sales began on Saturday, June 11 at noon and closes tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14 at 11 am. Former AHL, Fog Devil and Hot Seat ticket holders receive priority seat selection within the group of individuals who register for a 3 season commitment. It is important to note that only a deposit of $50 per seat per season is required to register. The first season will be required to be paid prior to the start of the season, and payments for years 2 and 3 will not be required until the start of those seasons in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Also, the deposit which must be made to secure seat seletion will be applied against the total cost of season tickets.

“It is important that fans who want the best seat selection register as soon as possible, as seat selection priority will be based on when you register online first former ticket holders and second for new comers,” added Mr. Stanford. “Once we hit noon tomorrow, the same process will take place. But given the huge demand for tickets demonstrated so far, fans need to go online to ensure you are able to enjoy every moment of hockey that this exciting new team will bring.”

People registering are reminded to ensure they complete the full process under the PayPal system in order to ensure proper registration.
