Beginning Friday night, the St. John’s IceCaps (23-30-1-2, 49 PTS) host the Manchester Monarchs (24-24-3-3, 54 PTS) for the second two-game series between the teams at Mile One Centre this season. Manchester swept the previous series back in early January with back-to-back 3-2 victories.

ICECAPS LAST GAME: HAM 4 STJ 3 | Ray Sawada fired his 10th goal of the season and added an assist but it wasn’t enough as the IceCaps fell 4-3 to the Hamilton Bulldogs Tuesday night at Hamilton’s Copps Coliseum. Defenceman Nathan Beaulieu collected a pair of goals to pace the Bulldogs and was the game’s first star.
